Purchase Order Administrative Specialist
We are currently looking for a Purchase Order Administrative Specialist for our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Prague.

Description

  • Serves as the contact point for the customers for PO creation and good receipts booking.
  • Manages purchase order process and controls invoices.
  • Handles the creation of the Work Orders and follows up on their approval in internal system.
  • Updates the Finance Operation platform
  • Is responsible for monthly accruals through collection of financial data.
  • Makes sure the processes are made accordingly with Internal Guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in similar position – administrative field, finance support roles or work with PO's
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Business process administration skills
  • Working experience of SAP is highly beneficial
