About this position
- you would be in daily touch with clients regarding order management and complaints handling
- you will handle returns, credits and debits and you will be responsible also for financial transactions
- you will be part of internal supply chain and you will be in touch with distribution centers and transport providers
- your job will be to fully understand internal procedures and have a good relationship with your clients
Requirements
- minimum 1 year of current experience in customer service or in an administrative
- ability to communicate on daily basis in Dutch and English (oral and also written)
- big advantage will be experience with JDE
- it is also big advantage to know medical sector a little bit more
- we are looking for a team-mate with big smile and warm approach
- knowledge of MS office
